I'm liking that number....has good vibes for me. 19 is the day of my birthday and 7 is my favorite number. I'm feeling good about it....
I signed up, trained hard, toed the start line, and became an Ironman in Lake Placid. Let's go one more round...Ironman Louisville, August 30, 2009...here we go!
